It was also our first Health Fair with our doctors in attendance, giving advice, taking blood pressure and sharing information. <strong>MedSpan Associates<\/strong> Clinic's Inauguration Day was an especially successful neighborhood celebration where we also featured our nutrition program.<\/p>\n<p>It was no coincidence that we came to<strong> Miralda<\/strong> for this occasion. As an artist, he has worked over 40 years on cultural manifestations with food and art \u2013 creating his own rituals around particular events and celebrations. His most festive was the HONEYMOON PROJECT dedicated by Mayor Koch in 1986 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City.
